How to use: Fill a bathtub with warm water - recommended water temperature is 33 degrees Celsius or 92 degrees Fahrenheit (do not exceed 42 degrees Celsius or degrees Fahrenheit). Add 20ml to warm water in the bathtub. Mix the content properly for a few seconds. Soak your lower body all the way up to the shoulders and neck up to 5/30+ minutes. If you start feeling too cold just keep adding warm water until the water feels warmer again. After your bath please immediately dry off, keep warm, and relax.
Keep your head out of the water at all times and do not splash the water. For best results use separately and not in combination with other products. Keep water away from the eyes at all times. This product is not recommended for children.
