We test our products on humans only. We do not test our products on animals.
How should I store the products?
Products should be stored at room temperature in a cool and dry place. Our products are formulated with natural oils, therefore variances in consistency, density, or viscosity may occur. Our creams are so natural and pure that they might melt. If you live in very warm temperatures you can also refrigerate.
What currency will I pay in?
All prices are in US Dollars.

All orders are shipped from Los Angeles, California, USA.
How quickly will my order be processed?
We process and ship orders within 3 to 5 business days.
Can I cancel my order?
We aim to ship your order as quickly as possible so we do not accept cancellation requests. Please take extra care when selecting your items.
Can I return my item?
We do not accept returns, exchanges or refunds. All sales are final.
Do you ship internationally?
At this moment we do not ship internationally. You as the buyer/recipient has the responsibility to comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country.
